Member Event :: Wild Flour 30th Anniversary

Wild Flour Bakery to celebrate 30 years with an open-invitation party on April 19th. 

Bakery owner Sue Johansen will celebrate three decades of business by hosting a 90’s themed party open to the entire community. 

The event will take place on Friday April 19th from 6-8pm at Wild Flour Bakery, located on Lake Road in Rocky River. The party is open to the public and boasts food and fun for guests of all ages! 

The Wild Flour team will pay homage to the bakery’s origins with throwback bakes such as pepperoni bread and blueberry muffins. Plus, free-flowing punch and slices of homemade birthday cake for all! Party-goers are encouraged to dress in 90’s themed outfits and come ready to enjoy balloon-twisting entertainment, nostalgic jams, and a statement backdrop for photo ops.

The party’s theme honors the year Johansen opened the original Wild Flour in Downtown Cleveland’s historic Arcade. 30 years later, now located in Rocky River, Johansen is proud to be a continued epicenter for community and celebration. 

“My goal from day one was to be a neighborhood bakery,” says Johansen. “Over the years, we’ve been part of milestone celebrations for so many families, across multiple generations. So we want to show our customers how much they mean to us by putting them at the center of our milestone.”
