Christian Giardini is the proud Founder and Partner at CapWell Financial Advisors. Located here in Rocky River, their mission is to help their clients increase their capital wellness through clear, comprehensive financial planning. He has the huge responsibility for both helping CapWell reach its full potential, as well as for helping their clients achieve their vision for capital wellness. Luckily, these responsibilities go hand-in-hand.

CapWell is unique, as they have the opportunity of combing the resources of a large Fortune company (Northwestern Mutual) with the level of service found at boutique firms. This allows Giardini and his talented team to provide financial planning with the best of both worlds.
 
CapWell opened in our community and joined the Chamber in February of 2020 – and they are already growing! They recently added a new team member, Tyler Matin, to their group. Matin is completing his college degree from Kent State this December, and he will soon round out their Insurance Operations Department.

When opening this unique office last year, Giardini had big goals to get involved in the community they work in and serve. To Giardini, community means belonging to something bigger than one self, requiring individual involvement for the betterment of all. Additionally, he expresses “when I think of community, I think: I must do this myself, but I can’t do it alone; together, we can go farther.”
 
Enthusiastically, they jumped right into community involvement and Chamber life, sharing, “we heard nothing but good things about this Chamber. RRCC has certainly met our expectations.” This group of advisors have taken advantage of the many opportunities the Chamber offers by getting involved in both virtual events when we were in the midst of the pandemic and in person events such as our New Member Breakfast, monthly luncheons and more!

FUN FACTS: Giardini lives in Westlake with his wife Mariam, celebrating 10 years this year! They have four beautiful children, ranging from college age to preschool (I know, dynamic!), two dogs (yep, they got a pandemic pup), and one cat. Their newest addition to the family is an RV! They recently took it out West with eight people for 11 days over the summer, what a trip! Mariam only declared “we are selling this RV” one-time – that’s considered a win – right?!
